Titled <em>The Transformative Power of Conscience in Twenty-First Century Cinema<\/em>, this special issue invites <strong>filmmakers, educators, researchers, and artists<\/strong>, particularly those affiliated with CILECT member schools or attending <strong>CILECT Congress 2025<\/strong>, to explore the profound ethical dimensions of cinema today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Themes and Topics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This issue seeks insightful papers on a wide array of intersecting themes in media education and filmmaking, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ethics and responsibility in film education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training students to consider cinema\u2019s social impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical thinking, creativity, and motivational teaching strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curriculum redesigns for diverse and inclusive storytelling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrating cultural and social diversity into pedagogy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The impact of critical thinking on pedagogical innovation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cinematic representations of \u201cotherness\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global vs. local influences in film narratives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educational institutions\u2019 role in fostering inclusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative processes in cinema aligned with activism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Submissions must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Paper<\/strong> (5,000\u20138,000 words) with abstract, keywords, main article, and references.
