The PhD project explores the effects of digital media usage on well-being over time, using methods like experience sampling, intensive longitudinal studies, and digital tracking. The goal is to understand how and when digital media shapes emotional and social outcomes in daily routines.

📌 Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Communication Science, or related fields
- Strong interest in the psychology of digital media use

- Proficient in English; German is a plus
