Research Focus:

The doctoral research will employ advanced computational text analysis methods to identify frames and opinions in political texts across multiple languages, including English, Swedish, and German. The project emphasizes the study of political communication in the digital era, particularly concerning disinformation and framing in news and social media.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Master’s degree in Media and Communication Studies or a related field.
  • Strong academic record, especially in independent scholarly work.
  • Interest in political communication and digital media studies.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish and/or German is advantageous.
